Our platform supports three types of user accounts:

• Students: Children who participate in educational activities and games assigned by their teachers.
• Teachers: Educators who create classrooms, assign activities, and monitor student progress.
• Parents: Guardians who can view their children's performance, assignments, and educational progress.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using WikaWonders Kids, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful educational purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
• Respect other users and maintain a positive learning environment
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Not upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality or security
• Not use the platform for any commercial purposes without our written consent

4. Parent and Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers are responsible for:

• Creating age-appropriate assignments and maintaining classroom standards
• Protecting student privacy and using student data only for educational purposes
• Monitoring classroom activities and ensuring a safe learning environment

Parents are responsible for:

• Supervising their children's use of the platform
• Verifying their identity through our parent verification process
• Reviewing their children's activities and progress regularly

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on WikaWonders Kids, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, games, and software, is the property of WikaWonders or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including:

• Supabase: For authentication and database services
• Google: For OAuth authentication and profile information
• Facebook: For OAuth authentication and profile information

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

7. Data and Privacy

We take the privacy and security of our users, especially children, very seriously. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WikaWonders Kids at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, harassing, or abusive behavior
• At your request
• Discontinuation of the service

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

WikaWonders Kids is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
